H.P.L. Foundation, Inc.

The HPL Foundation, Inc. was established to provide homes
and assistance to the Boys and Girls of North Carolina who
have experienced losses caused by fires, floods, natural
disasters, child abuse, broken homes, abandonment, death
or juvenile behavior problems.

Founded by: Herbert and Partricia Lewis

The Boys and Girls of North Carolina who have experienced losses could be
eligible to stay in one of these Homes by the below guide-line:
  1. Contacting HPL Foundation Boys and Girls Home of North Carolina
  2. Completing Application Form

Types of Assistance
  1. Shelter
  2. Clothing
  3. Other personal items

To qualify for The Boys and Girls homes of North Carolina from the HPL
Foundation, Inc. an individual must:
  1. Be without a home
  2. Be referred by Social Services, Juvenile Court System or on a Case
   by Case basis.

These homes are fully equipped and have qualified Men and Women to
supervise the Boys and Girls around the clock.

These homes will also provide:
  1. Counseling
  2. Education
  3. Fitness
